Ano ang "YAMANG KAPITAL"?
Ang yamang kapital ay tumutukoy sa lahat ng bagay na ginagamit ng tao upang kunin at isailalim sa isang proseso ang mga hilaw na materyales upang makabuo ng panibagong produkto.
May dalawang uri ito ng access: ang "inclusive" kung saan ay napakikinabangan ito ng lahat, at ang "exclusive" kung saan ay mayroong mga piling tao lang ang nakikinabang dito.
Mayroon din itong dalawang uri ng konsumo: "joint" kung saan ay napapakinabangan ito na walang pagbawas sa supply, at "rival" na nangangahulugan sa paggamit ng kapital na may pagbawas.

PRIVATE - exclusive access, rival consumption (i.e. landfills)
TOLL - exclusive access, joint consumption (i.e. toll roads, long distance telephone lines)
COLLECTIVE - inclusive access, joint consumption (i.e. streets, sidewalks, overpasses)
COMMON POOL - inclusive access, rival consumption (i.e. public school buildings, PUVs)

Equipment
-Consumer Durable Goods (i.e. PCs)
-Producer Durable Equipment (i.e. machine tools, trucks/buses)
Inventories of Input & Output (i.e. dry goods stocked in stores)
SOCIAL OVERHEAD CAPITAL - structures/equipment needed for production, or improvement of the public well-being directly
Capital - Investment - Interest - Depreciation
CAPITAL - stock of structures and equipment held by a business firm
INVESTMENT - flow of resources into the production of new capital
INTEREST - payment for use of funds used in expansion of capital stock
DEPRECIATION - reduction in value of machinery & building due to use and passage of time
